GGL may share Your Information with other companies in its group (together the “GLL Group”), In particular, we need to disclose information identifying you for the purpose of signing Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements (ASTs) and releasing deposits. Any reference to “us” or “we” in this Privacy Policy is a reference to each of these companies.

Your Information may be used by any member of the GLL Group as permitted by law and also in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy and any other terms disclosed to you.

When you request a viewing by filling in the form on our website, we will collect addition personal information such as your property requirements and the information you provide in the form.

When you enter in to a tenancy agreement, we will collect (in addition to the personal information described above) financial information, such as information about your assets, your bank details, credit report and transaction details about payments made from you.

We may collect sensitive (or “special category”) personal information relating to your health, for example whether or not you have a disability. We will only use this information with your consent, for example to determine whether certain of our properties may be suitable for you and for complying with health and safety requirements.

  • Data is processed and stored within the UK and through HubSpot a US based supplier. For your protection HubSpot and Get Living have signed Standard Contract Clauses to allow the transfer and storage of data.
