Living in the Athletes' Village

East Village was recently selected as “the best new place to live” at the London Planning Awards. So what makes renting in the former Athletes’ Village so special?

Firstly, it’s a brand new, stylish and imaginatively planned neighbourhood – which showcased the best of British architecture and construction the world as the Athletes’ Village. Highlights include Chobham Academy, arguably the most impressive school in London, which now caters for 1800 students from age 3 to age 18, and the Sir Ludwig Guttmann Health and Wellbeing Centre, offering GP and dentist services.

  • Literally next door, you can enjoy the biggest park built in Europe for 150 years: the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, home to sporting venues, 35 kms of paths and nature trails, and 25 acres of green space.
